We offer premium everyday underwear for men and women: seamless briefs & hipsters, boxer briefs, boyshorts, high-waisted options, moisture-wicking active styles, soft cotton basics, modal lounge sets, and comfortable thongs — all focused on all-day wear, no visible lines, and real comfort.
2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time. All packages ship discreetly in plain outer packaging with no branding on the outside.
3. What are your shipping options and costs? We offer these straightforward options for US orders:

- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)

- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Free shipping applies automatically on eligible orders (no minimum required for the free tiers). Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume.
4. How long will my order take to arrive?
- Express: 3–6 business days
- Standard / Free: 7–14 business days Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
5. What is your return policy? We want you to find your perfect fit! Enjoy a 30-day return window for unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return. Return shipping is typically your responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong size/style. 6. How do I choose the right size? Every product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements (waist, hips, inseam, etc.). Our underwear is designed with stretch for comfort — if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or sizing down for more support. 7. Are your underwear true to size, breathable, and tag-free? Yes — most styles run true to standard US sizing with excellent stretch and recovery.
